ZenGile provides ART management functionality to support agile release train planning and coordination. Teams can create ARTs to plan, iterate and deliver through ZenGile, enabling coordination and synchronization across multiple teams, visualization of overall progress and continuous improvement.
1、Establish ART
1.1. On the [ART] page, click [Create ART] to create an agile release train. Fill in the name, associated with the corresponding product, select the release train engineer, business leader and other information.
1.2. The projects in ART will read the projects that have been created in jira.
1.3. ART can maintain multiple cross-functional teams that are involved in the release train, and the teams can only be of the "sub-team" type.
1.4. You can choose public or private access control, if the access control is set to public, the Agile Release Train view can be accessed by those who have access to it; if the access control is set to private, only the members who participate in the release train can access it.
1.5. You need to maintain the correspondence between features and user stories in ART and issues in jira, so that jira issues can be read into ZenGile for planning.
2、ART Particulars
2.1. After creating an Agile Release Train, you can see the ART details on the ART details page.
2.2. Under this page, an existing Agile Release Train (ART) can be closed, edited or deleted. It is also possible to quickly create a PI under an ART.
3、Close ART
You can close ARTs that have been completed, or are no longer subsequently maintained.
4、Delete ART
You can remove the ART that created the error.
