ZenGile supports collaboration and management of cross-functional teams. Team members can create and assign tasks in ZenGile for real-time collaboration and communication to improve team efficiency and synergy.
New cross-functional teams can be created in ZenGile, which supports unlimited hierarchical creation. The parent team mainly does management functions, while the child team can add and delete team members. The parent and child team model is suitable for creating all types of enterprise teams, and once you have done the team management, you can create an agile release train.
1、Create Team
Under the Teams menu, click "Create Team" to start creating a team.
When creating a team, you can choose to create a parent or child team.
Regardless of whether you create a parent or child team, you will need to give the team a team name and add a team leader, which can be more than one.
It is also possible to add avatars to the team so that your team can be recognized faster in the system.
If necessary, you can also set a slogan or creed for the team to improve the team's identity and cohesion.
2、Add Team Member
Once you have created a sub-team, on the team details page, you can add and remove members.
3、Editorial Team
Team information can be edited by clicking on the Edit button when there are changes or omissions in the team information.
4、Disband Team
If the team is not working on an iterative development task, it can be disbanded and the disbanded team will not be selected in the PI.Note: Teams will not be able to be disbanded if the team's associated ART and PI have an open status.
5、Delete Team
Teams can be deleted if they are created incorrectly. Deleted teams can be retrieved in the Recycle Bin.
Note: If the team has been associated with ART and PI, the team will not support deletion.
