After the administrator maintains the organizational departments, the next step is to maintain the users.
- Note: Users added in ZenGile will not be synchronized to Jira. It is recommended that you click the [Import Jira Users] button during the initial setup of users to perform the import binding operation.
- You can add new users by clicking the Add Users or Batch Add Users buttons in the upper right corner of the user list.
- After a user is successfully added, you can click the Action button on the right side of the user list to edit or delete the user.
- If the user is locked, you can also unlock the user.
- Click the Edit button at the bottom of the user list to batch edit users.
1、Add User
Under "Users" - "Users", you can add, batch add, and batch edit users.
Log in to ZenGile with an administrator account and click "Users" - "Add User".
Once you enter the Add User page, select the user type, department, and fill in other relevant information.

Note: Users added in ZenGile are not synchronized to Jira.
Enter the password of the user you are currently adding in the "Your Password" section at the bottom of "Add User" and click "Save". You will be automatically returned to the user list, and you can see the users you have just added. You can also add users in bulk.
2、Import Jira Users
On the User list page, you can "Import Jira users" to synchronize users in Jira to ZenGile.
3、Batch add users
Click "Background" - "People" - "Add users in bulk".
Enter "Your Password" at the bottom of the page and click "Save". After automatically returning to the user list, you can see the users you just added in bulk.
4、Bulk Edit Users
On the user list screen, you can click "Select All" or select multiple users, and then click "Edit" to batch edit users.
